• Hypnosis is a recognized form of treatment; and there are many amazing benefits of hypnosis which is why millions of people all over the world have successfully used this form of treatment. Hypnosis and hypnotherapy is completely safe and highly effective in making powerful, positive changes in your life.
• NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) focuses on the inner workings of the mind and our language patterns to eliminate negative and destructive patterns and uses tools and techniques to allow you to consistently achieve your desired results and state. Changes and transformations are lasting and are made at a fraction of the time it would take a traditional Therapist, and most clients find NLP processes to actually be highly enjoyable and quite fun.

How is NLP different to other therapies?

NLP’s approach is that we essentially create our problems and therefore can uncreate them just as easily, when using tools that work with the Unconscious Mind. As NLP and Hypnosis are excellent for working at this level, they are the most powerful for creating quick, long lasting change. Traditional “Talking” Therapies tend to take a very long time and frequently do not get to the root cause of problems and if they do, rarely clear them out and remove the problem as they work mostly with the conscious mind. NLP, Hypnosis and Life Coaching works toward fast change and results.

Is NLP and/or Hypnosis just ‘positive thinking?’

NO! Some people’s pre-conception of these tools is that they just use creative visualisation, affirmation and quick fixes that don’t last – like covering up problems with a plaster but not solving the problem itself. THIS IS UNTRUE. NLP & Hypnosis actually shift the thinking at the unconscious level, not just the conscious. This means that change work lasts for ever.

Is NLP or Hypnosis “manipulative?”

These tools were designed to implement positive outcomes and that is the way that I, and every other practioner (and ideally in general) are using them. Of course, as with all powerful tools, they can be used with or without integrity, but the tool itself is never the one manipulating, it is the one using it. Integrity is very important to me.
